Singapore Accountancy Commission
Evan Law is the Chief Executive of the Singapore Accountancy Commission (SAC). SAC is a statutory board under the Ministry of Finance that spearheads the development of Singapore’s accountancy sector with the vision of developing Singapore into a leading global accountancy hub. SAC is working to achieve this by deepening the skills of the accountancy talent pool through professional qualification programmes; developing the industry by helping to build business capabilities to capture growth opportunities; and creating a hub and exchange by building Singapore into a centre for thought leadership.
Mr Law has more than 20 years of experience having held positions including Deputy Chairman of PSB Academy, and Acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Oregon as well as a Master in Business Administration from Portland State University.
