Luke Lim (林昌泉), is the founder and CEO of Louken Group, Singapore’s leading brand growth and communication agency.
Luke is a veteran of growing brand, and throughout the past 16 years, he has led his team of consultants, researchers, and designers supporting more than 1000 clients across ten countries in Asia. Leading the team to provide holistic branding, Luke has led the team in projects that not limited in areas of brand growth, innovation, event curation, and training. In the area of Digital Marketing, he had serviced MNC clients to enhance their visibility and online navigation to be userfriendly and highly searchable.
At the beginning of the digital revolution, Luke recognized the growing implications of digital media that will affect the traditional brick-and-mortar businesses. This digital disruption led Luke and his team to advance and adapt their proprietary methodology to include data analytics as part of the critical component in supporting brand strategy and brand management. The use of data analytics ensures that all brand strategies and activities are qualifiable and quantifiable.
Beyond his professional involvement, Luke serves actively in various roles in the community. He is sits International Enterprise Singapore Society as President; Deputy President at Singapore Badminton Association and a Advisory Board member for Salvation Army.
He has authored two books about the critical successful ingredients in growing SMEs’ Brands: "Secret of the Little Red Cow” and more recently published the second book “Brand Bull Run,” expounding on why some brands grow faster than others. Luke has also been awarded the Young Top Outstanding Person Award in 2014 and 2016 by JCI. He has represented Louken Group to received the prestigious Enterprise 50 Award.
